"Only had a coffee, didn't want to stay for lunch when I saw the girl behind the bar was coughing first (in her mask) but after that she took her mask off, blew her nose and didn't wash her hands. After that she walked past without mask and touched her nose before she start handling cutlery. For me a reason to leave. And these people wonder why the virus is still around!"

"De passage à Carentan, nous avions décidé de déjeuner dans ce restaurant grâce aux avis des voyageurs de tripadvisor. Nous n'avions pas réservé de table pour deux et la salle du rez-de-chaussée est petite, cependant il y a une autre salle au premier étage.Le charmant sourire de la jeune serveuse nous a aussitôt mis à l'aise et réconfortés dans le choix que nous avions fait.Le cadre de la salle à manger est sobre et contemporain avec une pointe d'élégance et un bon confort des chaises. Nous avons choisi la formule du jour à 25,90€. Avec l'apéritif nous avons dégusté une mise en bouche en verrine, composée de crème brûlée et mousse de foie gras. Agréable surprise pour l'entrée composée de fromage frais de brebis sur trois lits d'oignon doux cuit, parsemé d'un délicat coulis de framboises.Le filet de dorade et sa légère émulsion citronnée, sur un lit de délicate purée de carottes et petits légumes aux saveurs goutteuses, a émerveillé nos papilles!La cuisine est inventive même dans la présentation des plats. Les produits sont frais et de bonne qualité. Le chef maîtrise bien l'élaboration des plats en mettant en relief les saveurs des tous les produits. Bravo!Excellent rapport qualité/prix.Ce restaurant mérite un détour!"
