"As part of a friends birthday weekend a group of 6 of us went to Vigneronne on a couple of occasions. The aperitifs were great, the menu was all local fare and very tasty. Yes, you do have to speak French but that's no bad thing. No concessions to tourists and all the better for it. Will definitely return."

"We turned up on a Saturday night without having booked but managed to get a table. We've been intending to visit the restaurant for several years, and we weren't disappointed. I've been making and eating pizza ?pizze) for over 60 years and my Le Royale was very good indeed, let down only by the quality of the ham. The base was easily the best I've ever had. My wife and I had a pizza each, a demi-litre of rose and the same of red wine, dessert, and coffee, for a total of 40 euros. I look forward to a return visit."
