I lived in Rabat, Morocco for a year and I love couscous. I go to Tours every summer and I always go to Allo Couscous. The owner is really nice and makes Tunisian style tajines and couscous dishes. I love the Tajine Poulet Citron and the Couscous Merguez. My daughter goes for the vegetarian couscous and my girlfriend loves the Tajine Agneau Citron.
