Bistro Rossini is the best restaurant we ate at in all of France! It's located near the train station. After ordering the dish of the day "scratch of place grilled zucchini and purée of sweet potatoes", I saw myself serving a net of place almost cold, accompanied by zucchini (excellent) and.... of almost cold pasta!
