Commençons : commande de cocktails...qui arrivent au bout de 40 min. Le Spritz a aussi peu d'alcool que le Virgin Spritz : on a confondu les deux ! Les pizzaiolos s'amusent à s'envoyer des bouts de pâtes à pizza d'un bout à l'autre de la table de travail. Peu de tables occupées mais personnel en surchauffe et de mauvaise humeur.
