This is the first and last time I come to this restaurant. We came there for the famous vanity rattles on the advice of close friends. a 28€ the plate of calfskin with bits (commanded with a rosy cooking) in the end a banal plate with a cream sauce too powerful that completely masks the taste of the calfs which are too cooked. the bits have a taste of burnt (the chef had to forget the pan on the heat) even at dessert...
