I had the tagliatelle with foie gras. I’ve noticed that the foie gras was slightly different from the ones I’ve had at other restaurants. The outside is a little sweet and crispy, while maintaining a very soft and buttery texture inside. Do you guys do something special with the foie gras? It’s one of the best I’ve had. We loved this restaurant last year and gave it the maximum rating. What a disappointment this time: bitter wine, not cooked risotto (even for me who loves it al dente), fish dish very fade for my friend. Only the pintade was delicious. Dessert correct in my memory.
