Beautiful room with contemporary décor. Simple and effective welcome. The oysters are excellent, served with a very gourmet bread. Very moderate price.

"We visited the restaurant as a table of 7. Very pleasant welcome with a nice, roomy table, though decor rather minimalist. Simple but very adequate menu with the plat du jour on the ardoise. Without exception, and we all went for different entrées and main courses, were wonderful. Very good value wine list with good quality wine to match the food. I hope to return soon!"

"This little restaurant seriously punches above its weight and puts some of its bigger Michelin star compadres to shame. The cooking is top-notch, with layers of flavour, and precise balance. Entree was a single, large ravioli stuffed with skate and dressed with a crayfish sauce;...one of the best shellfish sauces I have ever had. Plat was a tomato farçie with pan-fried duck foie gras, a spelt risotto with cepes , dressed with a tomato sauce. The foie gras was expertly cooked, and the tomato sauce was unctuous and deeply flavoured. A perfectly balanced and beautifully cooked meal. A decently priced wine list, heavy on the Loire as would be expected, and attentive friendly service make this restaurant a must-go."
