"The restaurant itself is fairly stark decor wise and a little old-fashioned but for me that adds to the charm and the food is absolutely amazing here!If the weather allows, eat in the pretty garden at the back like we did in 2015. We stay here as an overnight stop when travelling through France and the restaurant never disappoints!Try something different, the food is superb!"

"Another great place to eat. Good food, good choice. Set menus or a la carte. All reasonably priced. We've been here lots of times since it changed hands a few years ago & have always been more than happy. Kids are welcome but it is a restaurant & keeping younger children amused for any length of time may be a challenge. Some of the food served might be classed in the UK as pub grub, but go off the set menus & you'll find the chef extremely able."
