Great food for a small town pub. The crab cakes are fantastic! The food selection is decent. We didn't wait too long for our food. The margaritas are good, but a bit pricey. There were a handful of draft beer options, which also isn't common for the area. read more.

I went to the Tower City location, sat at a high table in the downstairs area and watched 2 groups come in after and get waited on while no one came to our group or looked in our direction once.I had been to the Pine Grove location many times and loved it but won’t be back to either again after this happened.Walked out after waiting 20 minutes of being ignored.Very disappointed! read more.

"I've been driving all the time after Harpers Tavern's kayak and I've never stopped. On the other day, my brother and I just made this impulse of the momentary choice to stop there after paddling for several hours. We were not disappointed. Menu price is a little more, but the quality is a little more, but still completely affordable. I went with a Bacon Cheeseburger food. That was the best burger I had in Lebanon County. I have always made my Burger medium and this place delivered an almost perfect looking sandwich. The bacon is also commendable, it was soggy or cooked over, just perfect bacon for a sandwich. The roll was soft and tasteful. Our service was fast and our waitress was beautiful and very well designed."

"Red Lion Cafe was an unexpected find on our travels. We stopped for breakfast, it was not terribly busy. We sat down at our booth and were promptly waited on. Our server was cheerful and happy. We placed our orders and were shocked when they were brought to us. You get a truckload of food and it is good! So bring your appetite if you leave hungry it is your own fault. As we were eating our meals the restaurant filled up quickly. So come early and get a good seat."
