Made a reservation and was seated within 10 mins of arrival. This was my first experience at Cooper’s Hawk and I was thoroughly impressed. I started off with the Drunken Shrimp appetizer. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and the guacamole was fresh with lime tint. For the entree I had both the Three Medallion meal and the Shrimp Scallop Risotto.
