"I have heard from my mother who would like to browse online in their counter-restaurants. as we were in their opposite, my better half and I thought we would try. in the late afternoon, I think they had only. Opened with others agree that parking is a challenge, as it was in a small strip-mall with a gas station (continuous traffic and a pizza place that was also super busy in this early hour. a nice restaurant with seating for approx. 40 max. "We had an order by skipping the food, our food was delivered, but 1 item was missing from the bag. My wife tried to call the restaurant, and the lady hung up seconds after we said we missed a menu item, and just said, oh, ok, goodbye. I called back and finally spoke to someone else after I tried three times, and they didn't say their problem and went back to us. Terrible customer service, will not buy again from them."

"First visit in cheryl’s, had the frying beef special (sonnay special). I don't think mamma would have cooked it better if she even managed the kitchen. the food needs time to get out because it is really home cooked eating. they come here to a feeling of family and home comfort. fantastic!"

"I drive all the way from Sage Hill in the NW or from Crowfoot area just to eat here. The price is reasonable, but the depth of flavours here is off the chart. Don't let the unassuming facade fool you. This is a hidden gem in Calgary. It's comfort food that makes your tummy happy. Coming from a white guy that doesn't like curry, I'm just as surprised as you are. But, when something tastes that good, you have to say something. It's sooooo good you'd slap your grandmother just to get a bite. Leftovers, have no chance. Call ahead and take it home, get it while it's hot and eat in. The Naan is just a little crispier that way. I call ahead so it's ready for me when I get there. It's just so so so good!!!!"
