Great service, great tasting sauce great wings.
First time ordering from here and 10/10. This will be the to go spot for pizza and wings.
The pizza is delicious, cooked to perfection. The chicken tenders are also the best around
The food is always great! Great food and an awesome employee team. Nice to see. Definitely recommend Russo's.

"First time eating here, and Im instantly hooked. The honey garlic wings are incredible sweet with a little kick without being spicy. The golden original wings reheat really really well in the oven, too."

"I think i said this after every course of the ?let the kitchen decide? meal as well as after every wine and beer pairing; Awesome! Such a cool atmosphere and the food was amazing. Unique takes on classic dishes like calamari, gnocchi, and salmonkept us on our toes and excited for each course. The flavors were superb and the entire staff made us feel at home."

"Wonderful martinis, delicious food, great atmosphere! Order plenty of tapas because the portions are small, however, they are meant to be savored as they are full of flavor! Yes it is pricey because they do use real, fresh, and even exotic ingredients! Worth it for a nice night out!"

"Food was pretty good but my egg on my bfast sandwhich was way too overcooked so i didnt eat it. asked for over medium and got an over extra hard egg. but everything else was good. my kids loved the hash and cinnamon toast!"

"When you come in the door there is a person ready to take your order. You give your name and they call you when your order is ready. You get your beverage and wait to be called or if they know where the food is going, they bring the tray to your table. No fuss, everything in order. We had hot dogs, curly fries and onion rings. Everything was served hot and was really good. Prices are good and service is good! It certainly is so much better than fast food restaurants."

"Going Above and Beyond! Kuddos for GREAT customer service and satisfaction!! They forgot a Coke with my order last night (so did I until I sat down without it , called to verify if I was charged for it (it was late, I was tired, maybe I forgot to order it? . Yes, I was charged, and the guy immediately volunteered to remove the charge. Ok, but I had hoped they would have done more, but it was late, it had been a long first day back at school, and I was hungry, so I didnt suggest it nor push it. Not even a couple minutes later I received a call back, a girl this time (sorry I forgot your name , who not only apologized again about forgetting the Coke, but would, in addition to the reimbursement for the Coke, further rectify the situation by letting me know there would now be a credit on my account (equal to the food portion of my bill that I could enjoy next time I was in. I was stunned! WOW. I mean, DANG!! Calling me back and giving me enough credit for a substantial meal?! For forgetting a $1.50 can of Coke that I admittedly should have remembered myself? And THEN, to top it off, she asked if there was anything ELSE she could do! I should have asked her to bring back the Apple Pie milkshakes year round, but my greedy self is only thinking about that now! and if you haven 't tried 'em you are missing out on a great piece of Americana bliss!! Anyhow, I was amazed and thoroughly impressed, and while I am already a loyal customer, this just reinforces the fact that Jimmy Z 's cares above and beyond for their customers! Thank you Jimmy Z 's for always making me feel WELCOMED, VALUED, and APPRECIATED!! You guys rock!! Vegetarian options: I like the veg burgers, especiallywhen they 've got a little crispy edge to them. Yum! Parking: If there isn 't parking available on the street, the easiest place is to try to score a place in the back of the restaurantnd then walk through the back entrance. The back looks like it 's for employees only, but its not."
