I love Hot Bagel! You make the best breakfast sandwich hands down compared to other local delis / breaking spots in the area. The owner has a monotonous voice and I think that will be mistaken for him “Rude”, but both he and his wife are always polite for me and I have been a customer for years. A few years after driving by. Very dissatisfied with quality, speed, customer service and waiting time. Bagels may also have been out of Thomas Bagels' pockets, they hardly put a thin film of cream cheese on the bagels, it took 15 minutes for 4 Bagels, 3 with cream cheese, and the gentleman just ignored me up when I asked to be roasted.
