What happened to good service and what happened to your malts? The malts are like drinking chocolate milk. They’re runny and no flavor. Your workers are not trained well. They couldn’t make a caramel sea salt malt. They used chocolate yogurt, they forgot the sea salt and all runny. Another malt was to have peanut butter in it and they forgot that too.
