We normally, drive to no other location.Loved this one before. But this time , I had a coupon for 20% off of McAlister's. They seem to think that I was joking them and it was right there on their website and on my app. I felt a bit embarrassed or called out, and I even asked them to maybe ask their manager but they finally gave me the discount. Gone here for years until today. The service the last 3 visits gets worse and it's due to youth and poor management.
