Was able to get a seat right before the place started getting busy. Most tables were properly cleaned but the floor surrounding and underneath them could have been better especially after being noticed by a bus boy staff member. Other patrons besides myself noticed the same thing. View all feedback.
What Jeff Schweikert doesn't like about O'charley's Restaurant Bar:
Overall, underwhelming. Definitely suffering from shortage of staff. Bar service while waiting for table was unavailable. Service once seated was slow and not well organized. Food was ok, but nothing memorable. Their signature chicken strips were dry and overcooked. The ribs seemed to have been precooked and reheated. Restrooms definitely need a deep cleaning.
