Rosy's Cakes And Paco's Tacos St Peters

We've lived here 8 years now, this place has been here a while and we always heard good things about it. I really wanted to like it but unfortunately the Carne Asada Taco's I got were tough, the majority of the flavor was from the onions and cilantro, the rice we got was flavorless, the burrito's were just ok. The beans were smooth but lacked flavor as well. The salsa was very watery, I had a hard time finding chunks of tomato or onions. I honestly think I was being generous with two stars.

Ordered lunch for my staff and they came in clutch in a pinch! Tacos were delicious and the staff were very flexible with my needs.Will be back sometime to try the cake!Thanks guys!

2 words, SO GOOD! Just finished what is probably my hundredth meal from here and I have never been disappointed. I have officially had everything on the menu. Additionally, talk about consistency, they have nailed it. Food quality is always on point and there is always a friendly smile to greet me. If you are looking for a new family owned and operated business to check out, you just found it. You will not be disappointed.

Love this place! Excellent food. Family owned. I lived 10 mins from the border in AZ for years. This place is legit. Can I give it 6 stars?
