Our first time in Townsville & we had a great time visiting this beautiful city. Had a meal at Capitol Regent Restaurant & enjoyed a fabulously delicious meal. The food is absolutely lovely, delicious & very filling....place is cosy as well. Apparently for some reason takeout at this restaurant is more expensive at dinner than lunch. A lot more. Be warned their window menu is confusing compared to their brochure takeaway menu as the price varies. It would be all worth it if it was exceptional but it wasn't.
