Staff in the Castletown franchise were extremely rude. I've worked in customer service for 6+ years with a majority being in a fast paced restaurant and I've never experienced awful service like this. I asked for an iced latte with syrup and oat milk and the lady taking our order seemed extremely annoyed that I couldn't have a standard iced latte.
