Have had a couple of goes here now, all not-so-good experiences with the food. Chicken parmi was dry, hard, tasted like plastic. Pancakes not edible, were rock hard. Tapped them against the side of the plate which nearly broke the plate and snapped the pancake. There was a black shrivelled banana peel on the plate, not sure why.
