I was looking for the best fish and chip shop in Townsville, so I tried Tobin. It passes as Good but certainly needs some improvement. There are others who are below a reasonable standard at least it passed. Service confusion did not help as it gets busy, they should issue tickets it would stop wrong orders going out. I went today for a dine in after researching reviews. I found they were untruthful from our experience. The fish was so dry and small serves. The oysters second rate on the bottom. Bug tails rubbery as been kept to long or overcooked. Price expensive for the quality. Sorry but I could give this experience one star.
