very, very good gluten-free pizza and I had to eat for 8 years, so I know. but it would be a great pizza if she had the crust cooked until it's finished. crispy underneath. gf doesn't cook like other teig does. it takes a longer time in many. easy to say by lifting an edge to see if the floor is still limp.
