What V N doesn't like about Dao Place Vietnamese:
I came here for the lobster pho which was not well executed. It’s a case of identity crisis. The dish can’t determined whether it’s pho, Tom yum, or seafood. It’s was a confusing tasteless affair. I thought this place might be an overpriced tourist trap compared to the little food stalls seen around Vietnam. My dad is from HCMC and I grew up eating delicious Pho so I have high expectations. I absolutely loved the Pho Tai (rare beef) here! It was some of the most delicious soup I’ve had and the beef was very high quality. Had a lovely evening dining at Dao. Food was delicious and staff very friendly and quick. The pork in particular was very tasty, highly recommend
Nice looking restaurant. Food is Tasty and reasonably priced. Do try their fresh fruit juices.
I ordered spring roll and Chicken. The taste is so-so. As Vietnamese food, maybe a little bit heavy. English frequently. Credit cards accepted.
