The staff looked kind and friendly, but I was charged money for one night when I checked out, even though I paid all by my credit card via internet travel agency in advance. I ask him for reconfilm my booking, he said NO. I thought I should ask the agency about it later, so i paid it and I ask him for giving me a recipt. He said NO . I was in hurry, I gave up getting it.
