I ordered here by grubhub and the driver brought me someone else order and grubhub refused to grant a refund although they were due. I called panera and explained the situation and the manager (david, I think) was so friendly and offered me to remake my meal for me, although he did not have to and it was not her fault. excellent customer service and delicious food. I love the Panera subscription for my coffee, but people always get my simple coffee order wrong lol just an icey coffee with 5 half and half on the side, and they always put it in the coffee. this place, the Antioch site and the Pittsburg site must hire people who read their orders before they make them. read more.
