OK, this isn't some sort of Rolls Royce dining experience, it's a small town country bakery. Always on the lookout for a good pie, we stopped in here today. We ordered a lamb and rosemary pie, and an Asian Duck one and a sausage roll. We cut all in half to share. Duck had lots of good sized chunks of meat but was WAY to sweet, if I didn't know I'd ordered lamb and rosemary, I wouldn't have known what I was eating. A little shredded meat in a lot of gravy. Worth a detour to stock up on your carbs here; delicious goods. Thorpdale is a lovely little Gippsland town worthy of a visit.
