What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Luigi's Italian Ristorante:
I was disappointed by this Italian restaurant. The menu was very limited, with only steak options available. They were out of the white wine we ordered and also ran out of cider. On top of that, we had to wait over an hour for our starters because the staff forgot to put our order through. My steak and chips were good, but my friend's well-done sirloin arrived rare, which was not acceptable. Some staff members were u... View all feedback. What OpenTable Diner likes about Luigi's Italian Ristorante:
We recently visited Luigi's, which had recently been taken over by new management and was no longer an Italian restaurant. Despite the change in cuisine, we decided to give it a try. read moreLuigi's, a restaurant under new management, was originally an Italian restaurant but has now transitioned into a steakhouse. Some customers were disappointed by the limited menu and lack of traditional Italian dishes. However, others had a positive experience, enjoying the accommodating staff, perfectly cooked steaks, and creative presentations. The service was inconsistent, with some patrons experiencing long wait times, menu discrepancies, and overcharging issues. Despite mixed reviews, Luigi's offers a nice dining option in the Old Trafford area, catering well to vegetarian and gluten-free requests. Whether you're looking for a unique dining experience or simply a delicious steak, Luigi's offers a charming atmosphere, albeit with some room for improvement.
