"The food is very good and there is more than enough. The service is friendly. One star deducted. Reason: there are no cozy corners, it is loud and the room is large and uncomfortable. This used to be a restaurant for upscale demands, now it is a restaurant for walkers. The guests are quite loud with no regard for others. I stayed overnight in the hotel once and got stuck in the elevator three times and the lights went out for other guests as well as the rooms were cold and hardly heated, very nicely decorated but no real duvets, I was cold and was happy when I could go home again"

"Insalata caprese with bufala mozzarella but delivered with a normal mozzarella for the same price (after my delivery as magic disappeared from the card) thing I find very professional but I did not receive any information or discounts!"
