We stopped in Trapani and went in this small restaurant for what we thought will be a quick bite. It was an amazing experience the food was so good, we could not believe it! Everything is freshly made by Mamma who 's also behind the counter giving instructions! Would recommend to anybody in te area. What Polsterzipf doesn't like about Bettina:
MMMH, finally we were able to order several classic local dishes on the manageable maps (Fritta di neonata, Pasta alla norma, Caponata... and everything was so delicious, really bad that we had only time for a meal in Trapani, because here we would have returned again.
