"Good start with good surprises and good servings. However also some where the chef seems totally unaware of what he/she was doing.. and where we had to return the dish as not eatable.. Concluding, to large variance in quality.. and seemingly low interest in what you are doing.. Or in other words..not to the expected standard of 130euro per person.."
