What User doesn't like about Sea View 1989:
A beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view but that is as good as it gets. The staff were welcoming as we entered but then very inattentive. I would understand if they were busy but we were the only table for most of our time there. Food was rather bland and expensive but portions were generous. Pad see ew was the best of the three dishes we had. Pad Thai was not the best and the fried chicken was very dry. Overall... View all feedback.

Breath taking view with nice quality food and services.

Awful place. Their food taste horrible. Their workers are modern day indentured servants. Avoid this place at all costs. Never come here. And they will try and send you to jail for a bad review.
The breakfast here every day, the staff smiled and helpful. the lookout is great to wake up.
