Operbacco - TRAVAGLIATO

Lunch was impromptu, but with a well connected host we were able to get a table for 5 in this busy and excellent restaurant ! Service was impeccable, interior was tastefully reinvigorated from traditional old building, the lunch crowd was clearly very well heeled and accustomed to la dolce vita ! the waitresses were stunning ! and the food was pretty darn good too ! I wanted the veal though and they didnt have any more so ended up eating horse ! Not as unpleasant as I might have thought perhaps because it was skillfully prepared ? certainly a dining destination, and worthy of a repeat visit !
