Irritated by the long wait for breakfast at this pleasant establishment, despite the friendly staff. We were kept waiting for nearly 2 hours, which was unacceptable. The staff did apologise twice, but the hot and stuffy environment forced us to order more drinks. We believe we should have been offered a discount on the additional drinks.
