"We had a wonderful dinner here, but there were some things that definitely need work as far as making this what I would call a true fine dining experience, and what I would need to rate five stars. By no means was there anything terribly wrong, but this does not deserve five stars in any way shape or form. First of all, the salads were completely drenched in dressing. When I eat at a low class establishment, I expect this. This should not be happening at a high class place. The lettuce and ingredients were so soggy I could only eat half of my salad. I expect a lightly dressed salad so I can taste higher quality ingredients at a place boasting a fine dining and higher quality culinary experience. Disappointing. My steak was cooked perfectly, but entree-wise, I was also disappointed that my Chilean sea bass was again drenched in sauce. The fish should stand out on its own, and if there is a sauce to garnish it with, it should not be overtaking the fish. I was concerned that the dessert was massive and size was compensating for quality. I would have preferred a more flavorful and delicately textured chocolate cake with a smaller portion, homemade, to this. This cake could have been, and I would highly suspect it may have been, purchased at Costco. Nothing wrong with it, but not what I want when I go to a fancy restaurant. More what I would expect at a family picnic. Room for improvement on desserts"

"The inside of this Graeter's is quite big. The ambiance is casual, and there are enough spots to sit down and enjoy your ice cream. The workers were all very friendly, patient and attentive. I thought it was cute that they also sell Graeter's merch at the front of the shop. Although the ice cream is on the pricier side $5+ for one scoop), I had a good time and I would come back to try more flavors off the menu. Below are my reviews: *Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip This flavor is the whole reason why I had to try out Graeter's. I am not from the area, but I heard a lot of hype about the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip flavor, and I am happy to say it did not disappoint. Even though I am not a big fan of chocolate, the chocolate chips in this ice cream were delicious. They were big and chunky, but not hard to eat. The ice cream itself has a velvety smooth texture. You can taste hints of the black raspberry, which is fruity and sweet but not overly sweet. This is easily one of my favorite ice cream flavors of all time. *Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan This flavor has a very strong bourbon taste, perfect for people who enjoy that. I personally wasn't a fan of this flavor because to me it tasted like spiked toothpaste, but that's just my personal opinion. I still recommend it for people who enjoy the taste of bourbon."

"We like the pork tenderloin so much we seldom order any other entrÃe. The pretzel appetizer is great. I wish they offered a small amount when you are dining and don't want to fill up on them. Our server was very attentive and did a great job. The kitchen was not overworked as we were there at pm. I highly recommend this for a reasonably priced dinner out. Lunch is great too. Especially the flat bread."

"I was really excited to try the food but I had to send it back because the order was wrong. The staff never came back to fix it so after about 10 minutes and having to walk to reception, I decided I no longer wanted it and to just send it back obviously 10 minutes later and cold The super nice lady that helped the waitress tried to tell me that I had to still pay for it because I had ordered it. Keep in mind it 's not what I ordered and I had not even touched one bite of it. After some debate and a I 'll have to get my manager they refunded the dinner but still charged me for the tea. $4. Pretty pricey tea and a totally terrible experience overall. Don 't recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
