I have to hand it over to the employees. the location is located in the middle of the inner city of trenton and there is plenty of coughing and panhandling outside the establishment. there is a bus stop in front of the business, so the people are congregate before the business. they also tend to go inside, but sometimes people have to be asked to leave because inappropriate behaviors, including cheating for eating an... I just ordered a muffin that is roasted with extra butter. the muffin is old and crooked and it was not roasted, but microshaft. older woman not in uniform sitting on a chair behind the counter. this is a business or a family kitchen. one and finished. very unprofessional! View all feedback.
I am a hard place to work, but people are still working there good work
I like Dunkin, but I can honestly say that they should not allow people inside to wait for the bus. You're taking a seat. Or customers just walk around to take people. Is it a lot to ask if these people only get your coffee and go away?
Good memory because they know what I want, now, when I come in. Only real issue is you will be asked for money or to buy someone a coffee at the door outside. I don’t mind doing a good deed because people have helped me and I believe in paying it forward. However, I don’t have the means to give money or feed everyone standing there. People aren’t asked to leave because it’s also a bus stop so it’s hard to tell right away who is whom.
Good customer service and have not had bad coffee or mocha from this shop. Definitely a good place for a quick cup on the way to work!
I think the staff needs to be retrained. The store is located downtown Trenton and resides in black and Latin community. Sometimes the cashier's behave in a matter that seems judgemental. I am a well groomed educated well spoken African American and I got the impression that the staff was fearful of me. I tried to break the uncomfortable silence with small talk and I was ignored. Next two cashier's spoke to each other in Hindi as I was leaving and refused to look directly at me. I don't believe this is cultural I just felt very anxious. I know that where we live there are some characters but not everyone is the same and I'd like to be judged by my character not my skin color or what city I live in. Not always my experience but sometimes. I don't know if this is a privately owned business and was purchased from a franchise but I will contact corporate office if it have to. The employees at this establishment represent Dunkin doughnuts and should treat customers in a friendly courteous matter until forced to do other wise. Thank you
