What Dan Mankarios doesn't like about Havilah Wine:
Lovely wine and selection. Had a great entree (anchovies) but the main was inedible. A $30 pasta dish that is in fact entree sized. Not a big deal, but the problem is the pasta was hard in the centre. Like not Al dente hard, but undercooked hard. One of the employees said that's the way it's supposed to be and didn't seem particularly fussed. Couldn't finish the dish even though it was a tiny portion Food: 1 View all feedback.
