What Albert D likes about Panera Bread:
The day we visited was very busy so it took a little bit longer to receive our food. However, we overheard the kitchen manager telling her staff that they were doing a great job keeping up with the food. Great service and good food!! View all feedback.

What David S doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This is literally the same food that you get during a hospital visit. The part that kills me is that they have the audacity to charge $10+ for a chicken sandwich????? If you just got your taxes back and you wanna relive the nolstalgia of what you just ate after your tonsils came out or after you gave birth, then go for it. Otherwise save your 401k and go to anywhere else in the area with better food and better prices... View all feedback.

"I frequent this Chickfila a LOT. The food is always good but they are very slow here. I never go inside because you're always waiting forever. Even days in drive thru you're waiting 20 mins. Other than that I've always liked it. Although the last time I went I was very unhappy with the service. I went after work and was already hangry. Usually i just order on the app and pickup via Drive thru. But all I wanted was a fry so I figured if I walked in it wouldn't take that long to get it. Boy was I wrong. When I got in there there was only one lady in front of me ordering. The cashier took her order and then walked away from the register. I walked up and stood in front of the register waiting to order. There were 2-3 people working the drive thru and another 4-6 behind the counter. I am just standing there in front of the register and one worker walks past me another goes outside and 2-3 are just talking amongst themselves behind the counter. I stand there for 5 minutes in front of the register feeling invisible. No one bothered to come take my order, no one greeted me, and no one told me they would be with me in a moment. Growing increasingly angrier I walked out and went and ate Mcdonalds for lunch. I like the food here but the service and speed need work."
