"Si eres un enamorado como yo de la comida del sudeste asiático (occidentalizada), lo mejor que puedes hacer en Trier es ir al Minh´s Bistro. Aunque la localización y el propio restaurante no son de los que enamoran a primera vista, todo queda de lado tras probar la deliciosa comida que preparan en la cocina. Nada realmente fuera de lo común pero todo sabroso y a muy buen precio. Toda pareja ha de tener un restaurante asiático en su relación, esta es mi opción favorita."

"The reservation was made only an hour earlier. Fortunately the restaurant had one table available, all the rest was booked out. There is a larger ‘biergarten’ but due to the weather it was not possible to sit outside. The menu contains some Indian dishes, Italian pizzas and pastas as well as some German food (steaks). The Indian food was very good and spicy. The menu did not offer the possibility to change the but we also did not have that specific wish, I am positive that it is possible. We also ordered pasta and a steak and they where good as well. Indian and German dishes were large, the Italian pizza and pasta relative smaller. Overall prizes (including drinks) are very moderate."
