What User doesn't like about Hot N Tender:
I wouldn't normally have any complaints in Hot n tender but tonight after a long wait for the food the chips were cold, chicken burger cold and soggy bun and tenders were burnt. Very disappointed View all feedback. What User likes about Hot N Tender:
The food is fantastic, staff are fantastic. I know they can be under pressure at times, it's just that you can see your food is ready and it can be sitting on the hot plate for a good while before you are called up to the counter. My chips were cold View all feedback.
