Great place! If you need to eat quickly, delicious and cheap without thought go there! Every dish we ordered was fantastic. Also the owner is very friendly: prices are really good! Tuna Steak is 950 LKRs!! It also goes with huge plates of ascent 2 different curry, fresh vegetable salad and french french fries! Yus

After eating luke warm food for a few days (see a standard in many Sri Lanka restaurants) this place was like sending a God experience. I found an interesting tuna item on the menu that I discovered was not available... what a disappointment. But wait! They took a tray of fresh fish for me!!! Forget the tuna. The boys then broke off to prepare a meal and came with something I thought to eat on my deathbed. Ps, you can even ask beer here.

Stuns on this joint during the search for food options in Nilaveli. What a find. Probably one of the best meals I had as a tourist in Srilanka. I had the chicken curry that was an absolute jewel, and my partner enjoyed its Prawn Curry and Rice. The food will take some time when everything is fresh. The hosts will even ask for your preference in spices before they make it. Do not miss this if you are near Nilaveli

The best calamari in Sri Lanka!! We had dinner at Nilaa Rice and Curry Restaurant in August and had the best calamari we had in our whole trip. The food was fantastic, the service great and, unlike many other restaurants in the area, Nilaa serves beer! We definitely recommend it and wished we had gone more evenings.
