"After a long day driving in Nebrodi mountains, we just spotted the Scrivano Hotel and took a room for the night. We had no idea there was a restaurant. Walked around the city center but all restaurants were closed, so we went back to the hotel and saw the place. Had no idea what to choose of the menu, and the staff didn't speak any English, so we trusted the Mama to bring us the best dish of the day. It was the most delicious lasagna we both had in our lives : We had a salad too, and carafe of local red wine, which was great. They offered us a bowl of fruits at the end, but we were too full. Thank you for the great meal and a pleasant stay in the hotel. Highly recommended."

"Visited in the frame of an organized group trip to hidden sicily from taormina (cassata travel). the evening began with a cooking performance of the dishes we would eat, and a bit of hands on fun make pasta. eating was very good, and wee and water...included in the package price. the evening went on with music and dance. great fun and a pleasant experience. restaurant is connected to the malvasia in taormina"

"For my wife's birthday, we spend the day at sea and then we choose a nice place for pizza (he eats it 5 times a day). on the internet we find reviews about this pizzeria and the photos convince us. very kind service, present without intrusion, prepared and attentive. good mixed fried appetizers because dry with a note of merit for fried pizza pasta. really exceptional pizzas, as good as pasta and as ingredients. the suggestion of craft beer. An honest account! we felt really well treated, we had dinner wonderfully and the wife enjoyed the celebration!"
