"Definitly one of the best poutine i ever tasted! Great french fries, sauce and the kwick kwick grain cheese. Awesome stuff! Really quick service too within mins. A must for Poutine lovers!"

"Discovered this place in advance via Yelp and sought it out. I had planned to get one of their sandwiches for lunch. However, when I arrived I saw that they had some amazing smelling smoked salmon. I opted for a package of salmon and loaf of sliced bread and some cheese to make a lunch. I also picked up some butter, jams, and a carrot muffin. Everything was outstanding. They have seating outside in front but it is noisy with cars traveling past. Across the street at their restaurant there are additional areas to eat near the trees in the back of that parking lot. I enjoyed everything so much that I returned the next day for more and got an assortment of there excellent muffins to bring home with me!"

"Beautiful little hotel in the rolling hills of Bas St. Laurent. Found by accident and absolutely worth the detour from Trois Pistoles. New, very clean rooms, and charming young owners. Amazing home made food, and to die for pastry. I've stayed in Boutique hotels all over the world and this is one of the best. A secret gem I will hopefully visit again."

"This restaurant is extraordinary. I can't phantom how they managed to keep their focus on details while hosting such a large group. Their menu was exquisite and they really were up to the challenge. I would recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat. Even their competitors...think they do an outstanding job. Go for it ! You won't be disappointed! Four thumbs up !"

"La boîte à sushi is known to be the « best place for sushi » in the region. Being a fan of sushi, I’ve tried it a couple of times. The restaurant offers a large variety of maki at a good price. They are all maki, with the seaweed leaf on the outside. So visually speaking, something is missing (where are the reversed ones with some fish on the outside? As we taste each on the first round, they are all tasty and very large in size, much larger than any other maki anywhere else. However, there isn’t a pinch that comes along with each bite. By the second round, it felt as they all tasted about the same. We still enjoy the fact we could bring our leftovers home. The ambiance of the place is casual. The decor is nice but we found the lightning is a little much and made us feel like in a cafeteria. Next visit, we will try other dishes that are well appreciated by people, such as the General Tao’s plate."

"Nouvelle terrasse aménagée depuis peu...vraiment très bien...et on y mange très bien. La soupe woaww succulente, peu importe (c'est tout fait maison) pas de cochonneries dans le manger. Vrai mets de campagne...et les desserts sont incroyables."

"We stayed at this hotel and ate at the restaurant. The dinner was very good. The full dinner included escargot served on a plate with a pastry and lovely sauce. Presentation was worth a photograph. Next came a bowl of soup with a bun served...warm and very nice home-made soup. Next was the main. I had chicken on a kabob with veg, served over a bed of rice and with a salad on the other help of the plate. Very good. Coffee or tea was included. Labrador tea was an option, so I chose it. Finally, a piece of cherry and vanilla cake with a dollop of whipped cream and a creamy sauce with hearts drawn into it and chocolate drizzled over all. Presentation was fabulous. The dinner was quite good and a bargain for (plus tax and tip). It was lovely enough that I posted a couple of photos on Facebook, but it eludes me how to pst them here. Given the lovely dinner, breakfast served with decaf crystals instead of actual coffee was a bit disappointing. My friend ordered waffles, which appeared to be pre made. My omelette wasn't too bad, but disappointing after the really nice dinner the night before."
