Mcdonald's - Trollhaettan

What Geetha Jpaul likes about Mcdonald's:
We were crossing Trollhätan on our trip back to Gothenburg Region. It was almost midnight when we went in for a quick bite as everyone (especially kids didn't want to cross Mcdonald without a bite) of us were nearly starving. The place was very clean. What Myrthe H doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
We ordered lattes from the hot drinks tab, received iced drinks. When we explained that we ordered warm drinks the staff looked at us like we were crazy and told us lattes always are served cold, and preceded to remake another cold latte for one of us. When we decided that we wanted hot chocolate as well, it took them almost 20 minutes to prepare them even though there were no other orders and no queues. View all feedback.
