so happy that cafe corazón opens in Troncones! eating is great...vegan nachos, lasagne, chile rellenos. and more. all fabulous. their smoothies and breakfast options are also wonderful. desserts are about wonderful. the vegan mousse pipe was melted in her mouth and we also loved the lemon cake. the decor and the ambiente are very stylish. only sad is that they are closed on Wednesday. shelly, the owner, is super frie...
