"We've been going to the Snook for a long time now but this time we were a little disappointed. We understand the longtime chef is now gone and the new one didn't do a very good job with their signature dish why we come so often the duck. Crackling was line shoestring potatoes, the puree was miniscule, and the duck itself did not have the succulent flavor we were accustomed to. Combine that with some great menu items being removed and we had an average dining experience, not a great one as usual. This place is too good to stay this way for long, so I'm hopeful things will improve next time!"
