Super disappointed to find out today, that they are under new management (ownership? and will not honor gift cards not purchased directly from them. My 12 year old had a $40 gift card from her birthday and only bought one drink. They said, sorry, we can't/won't honor it. Pretty lame! The announcement that the change was coming did not include telling long time customers they won't be able to use gift cards. View all feedback.
My husband really enjoyed the Hero coffee. Amazing service. Will be back when we are in the area.
