Sheetz - Troutman

I'm not sure what Sheetz's standards are for cleaning their bathrooms, but I think they could definitely improve. I'm just thankful I didn't have to sit down to use the restroom.

I have visited this Sheetz location on Charlotte Hwy in Troutman twice in the last few weeks. My first visit was around 8:30 in the evening, and I was appalled by the condition of the restroom. There was toilet paper all over the floor, no paper towels in the dispenser, and excrement next to the toilet. On my second visit, which was early in the morning at 6 a.m., the restroom was even worse. There was excrement on the walls and floor, the toilet was overflowing, puddles of urine, and toilet paper scattered everywhere. When I informed the employees about the situation, they simply said they would look into it later. I was disappointed by their lack of urgency, as the restroom clearly needed immediate attention. I had to go to Lowe's to use their restroom, thankfully they were open at that early hour.
