Very pleasant dinner, impeccable service, professionalism and discretion. The dishes are sought out, the flavors title the taste buds. We enjoyed the Norman notes associated with those of the South. Very disappointed. Can we call a dish a carrot of 6 mm in diameter, 15 cm long in large plate? The dishes lack taste, their theme is the use of different peppers but I must not have the sensitive taste buds: I did not find any taste... In short, this restaurant did not respond to my tastes.
