This is not your typical pizza. Brooklyn uses a real wood fired oven. 'What does that matter? ' you might think: A regular electric or even gas oven will cook pizza just fine. But if you want to taste pizza as the Italians do, the wood oven is just the way to get that slight char that characterizes authentic pizza.
